Do you drink more than 2000cc of water everyday?
Do you eat 3 servings of green vegetables everyday?
Do you eat 2 servings of fruits everyday?
Do you avoid fried or processed food?
Do you avoid spicy food, coffee or tea?
Do you exercise regularly?
(at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes with a heartbeat rate of 130 beats per minute)
Do you feel pressured?
Do you take multi-vitamin supplements everyday?
Do you eat yogurt or supplementary beneficial bacteria everyday?
Do you have bowel movement at least once a day?
Do you have bowel movement easily without taking too much time and effort?
Do you have elastic skin with a bright tone?
   
Evaluation:
For each question, one point for "yes" and no point for "no".
