Dear members,

      In order to further enhance the efficiency of our customer service and to protect the rights of our members, from now on, if a member is found to request for a change in Billing/Shipping address more than one time, the company will perform the following address changing procedures upon confirmation with the particular member, so as to prevent misappropriation of members' information:

Billing address: 

      Members must send their change billing address requests through their own BackOffice. An administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for the completion of each request.

Shipping address:

      Members must send their change billing address requests through their own BackOffice. An administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for the completion of each request. (Members must submit a valid Hong Kong address, except the company's address.)
